The free sample consists of just three paragraphs and one body. There is no introduction or conclusion.After reading the essay it was very easy to understand what an English major is and how it works. My next concern is the grammar. This is a limited word count essay. The good thing is that you can re-do the paragraphs over if you feel the sente nces need some corrections.The main thing I liked about this essay is that it was a lot of fun and did not have to deal with a good topic. I thought about looking for a good topic idea and came up with nothing. The topic is a bit vague.There are so many non-fiction topics that can be used to teach people about how to write an essay. My next concern is that it is only an introduction to essay writing. I do not see how anyone can make a living writing essays.After reading the free sample I was able to follow the steps and write my own essay. This is good because it will be easier to write better essays. I did not feel frustrated like I did with the free sample essay.The Khan Academy sample essay is very simple to follow and the end product is very good. I can see how you can write an essay that would have taken me a couple of days to write if I had not read the free samples.
